सरकार के कामकाजों से बस्तर की तस्वीरें लगातार बदल रही है. जहां पहले गोलियों की आवाज गूंजती थी वहां अब लोग सुकून से रह रहे हैं. “नियद नेल्ला नार” योजना के तहत छूटवाई गांव में मोबाइल टावर की सुविधा शुरू की गई है. इससे अब बीजापुर जिले के सुदूर ग्राम छूटवाई, गुंडेम, कोंडापाल्ली, गगनपल्ली, मुरकिनार के ग्रामीणों को संचार सुविधा का लाभ मिलेगा.
इस नई पहल से अब ग्रामीणों को मोबाइल नेटवर्क का लाभ मिलना संभव हो गया है. साथ ही मजबूत नेटवर्क एवं इंटरनेट की सुविधा से ग्रामीण अंचल के पढ़ने वाले छात्रों एवं प्रतियोगी परीक्षा की तैयारी करने वाले युवाओं को ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई में लाभ मिलेगा.
सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के साथ पुलिस एवं प्रशासन द्वारा उठाए गए इस महत्वपूर्ण कदम से क्षेत्र में अब संचार की सुविधा बहाल हो चुकी है. स्थानीय निवासियों को अब आसानी से अपने परिवार के सदस्यों और अन्य व्यक्तियों से संपर्क स्थापित करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है, जिससे उनके दैनिक जीवन में सहजता आई है.
