छत्तीसगढ़ के सरगुजा जिले के मां कुदरगढ़ी एल्यूमिना प्लांट में दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ है. प्लांट के कोयला बंकर के गिरने से सात मजदूर उसके नीचे दब गए. इस हादसे में दो मजदूरों की मौत हो गई है, वहीं बंकर में अभी भी कई मजदूर दबे हुए हैं. मौत का आंकड़ा अभी बढ़ भी सकता है क्योंकि रेस्क्यू कार्य लगातार जारी है. हादसे से प्लांट में हड़कंप मच गया है.
दरअसल, बतौली क्षेत्र के ग्राम शिलसिला में स्थित मां कुदरगढ़ी एल्यूमिना बॉक्सइट फैक्ट्री में उस वक्त हड़कंप मच गया. जब 3 टन क्षमता वाला बंकर अचानक गिर गया. जिसकी चपेट में आने से दो लोगों की मौत हो गई है, जबकि कई लोगों के दबे होने का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा हैं. घटना के बाद तत्काल घायलों को मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल अंबिकापुर लाया गया था. जहां डॉक्टरों ने जांच के उपरांत दो लोगों को मृत घोषित कर दिया है. हादसे के बाद प्लांट प्रबंधन की लापरवाही पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं और प्रशासन मामले की जांच कर रहा है.
