शहडोल स्टेशन में पड़े लगभग 25 टन के एचआर क्वाइल की नीलामी शहडोल रेलवे स्टेशन पर 11 सितंबर दिन बुधवार को शाम 3 बजे करना सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा निर्धारित किया गया है। इच्छुक पार्टी/पार्टियों को खुली बोली नीलामी हेतु निर्धारित समय व दिनांक तथा स्थान पर उपस्थित होकर प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना होगा व उच्चतम बोली लगाने वाली पार्टी के पक्ष में नियमानुसार नीलामी की जाएगी नीलामी में क्रय किए गए एचआर क्वाइल के मूल्य का भुगतान नगद /डीडी के रूप में नीलामी स्थल पर करना होगा व संबन्धित माल नीलामी तिथि से 7 दिनों के अंदर रेलवे परिक्षेत्र से अपने जोखिम एवं खर्चे पर संबन्धित पार्टी को हटाना होगा इस संबंध में रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की जिम्मेदारी का वहन नहीं किया जाएगा। ज्ञात हो कि 30 अगस्त को इस कार्यालय द्वारा जारी विज्ञप्ति में प्रिंटिंग त्रुटि के कारण एचआर क्वाइल के बदले एचआर कोयले की नीलामी प्रिंट हो गई थी।
