बस्तर जिले में चल रहे लगातार नक्सली अभियान से घबराए नक्सली इन दिनों ओड़िसा के पहाड़ो से लेकर जंगल में पनाह ले रहे हैं। वहीं मलकानगिरी पुलिस भी इन दिनों नक्सलियों के टॉप लीडरों के ऊपर नजर बनाए हुए है। जिसके चलते मलकानगिरी पुलिस ने ओड़िसा के रिजर्व फारेस्ट एरिया में चट्टानों के बीच छिपाकर रखे हथियार के साथ ही विस्फोटक सामग्री जब्त किया है।
बताया जा रहा है कि मलकानगिरी पुलिस ने ओडिशा के रिजर्व फारेस्ट एरिया में नक्सली डंप को जब्त करने में सफलता हासिल किया है, नक्सलियों ने इन सामानों को चट्टानों के बीच छिपाकर रखा हुआ था, पुलिस ने चट्टानों के बीच हथियार और विस्फोटक के साथ ही 11 तरह के सामानों की बरामदी की है। जवानों ने 5, 3 और 2 किलो के एलपीजी सिलेंडर भी जब्त किया है। पुलिस ने इन सभी सामानों को बिजंगवाड़ा रिजर्व फारेस्ट एरिया में सामान को छुपा कर रखे हुए थे, बस्तर में होने वाले अभियान से डर के पनाह पाने के लिए यहां अक्सर छुपने के लिए आते हैं, मलकानगिरी में पुलिस के एक्शन के बाद नक्सली में डर देखने को मिल रहा है।
