भाजपा में मंडल अध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी देने के लिए महिलाओं पर कम भरोसा किया गया है।
यमुनापार के चार संगठनात्मक जिलों में मंडल अध्यक्ष के 76 पदों में से सिर्फ आठ पर ही महिलाओं को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। पार्टी से जुड़े कई लोगों का मानना है कि इस स्तर पर अधिक महिलाओं को जगह दी जा सकती थी।
यमुनापार में उत्तर पूर्वी जिले में सबसे अधिक 21 मंडल हैं। इसमें से सिर्फ एक जगह महिला को मंडल अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है।
इस जिले के मुखर्जी नगर मंडल में ममता कुमारी को पार्टी ने जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। इसी तरह मयूर विहार जिले में 17 में से एक मंडल के अध्यक्ष पद के लिए महिला का चयन हुआ है।
इस जिले में लाजपत नगर में नीलम सहदेव को मंडल अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। शाहदरा जिले में 18 मंडल हैं। यहां पर आइपी एक्सटेंशन में जसबीर सैनी, शास्त्री पार्क में पूजा शर्मा और
शाहदरा में संगीता शर्मा को मंडल की कमान सौंपी गई है। नवीन शाहदरा में 20 में से तीन मंडल अध्यक्ष महिलाएं बनाई गई हैं। यहां पर दिलशाद गार्डन में सुषमा वधवा, नंद नगरी में विशाखा अग्रवाल और ब्रजपुरी में निर्मला शर्मा को जिम्मा सौंपा गया है।
