हमीदिया अस्पताल मैनेजमेंट ने 400 कर्मचारियों को बाहर का रास्ता दिखा दिया है।इनमें वार्ड बॉय, लैब टेक्नीशियन और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर शामिल हैं। 20 जनवरी को सेवा समाप्ति का लेटर कर्मचारियों को थमाया गया है। प्रबंधन के इस फैसले से कर्मचारियों में काफी नाराजगी है, और वे इसके विरोध में अस्पताल प्रबंधन के खिलाफ धरने पर बैठ गए हैं। कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि सैलरी को लेकर आवाज उठाने की सजा दी जा रही है।
गुरुवार सुबह से ही हमीदिया अस्पताल में हड़ताल जारी है। कर्मचारी लगातार अस्पताल परिसर में नारेबाजी कर रहे हैं। हड़ताल में वार्ड बॉय और लैब टेक्नीशियन सहित अन्य कर्मचारी शामिल हैं। 10 से 12 साल से पदस्थ कर्मचारियों को बाहर निकाला गया है। कर्मचारियों ने दलील देते हुए कहा कि 10 साल से यहीं पर पदस्थ हैं, अब कहां जाएंगे। सैलरी नहीं मिलने से कर्जा लेकर घर चलाना पड़ रहा है। पिछले 2 महीने की सैलरी नहीं मिलने को लेकर हमीदिया अस्पताल के आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी हड़ताल कर रहे हैं।
